With access to our safe, portable, and environment-friendly Dig in Vision VR welding simulator, young people, including women, can develop their skills in a controlled environment that minimizes the risks associated with traditional welding training. This, in turn, actively contributes to the feminization of the welder profession, creating new opportunities for women to enter and succeed in this field. Furthermore, the simulator allows for a more immersive and engaging learning experience, which is more effective in retaining knowledge and skills.
